Mills Mobility Aids was set up in June 2017 with one main aim and that was to give a friendly and professional service to all our customers.

Our mission is to provide the very best in customer care. We will listen to your needs, understand your requirements and will only recommend the product that will suit your lifestyle. Customers are able to visit our well stocked showroom, or we offer a free, no obligation home demonstration.

We believe that after care service is just as important as initial care service and therefore have a fully staffed service department dedicated to looking after your needs in the future.




We work closely with New Builds and Architects to ensure any adaptations for your home will be the most suitable and have our own in-house engineers and repair team to support products in your own home.



We carry an extensive range of products at our Hereford site including consumables such as Batteries, Hand Controls, Slings etc to ensure a quick solution to problems you may encounter.



Mills Mobility supplies Local Authorities, the NHS, Residential and Care Homes, Schools and Private Clients and can tailor Service and Maintenance Contracts to all our clients.


We offer a complete service, from sales of new & preowned equipment to service, repairs and installation. We offer Shopmobility equipment hire, bulk supply and professional support all rounded off with fantastic customer services, covering a Herefordshire and Surrounding Counties.
